Welcome Metrics Chair – Mitch Tate!

Although relatively new to Arizona, Mitch is not new to Scouts. As a youth he was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout and earned his Eagle Scout in South Carolina.  While in college, he was selected to be an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Blue Ridge Council’s Troop attending the 1993 National Jamboree.  

While in Illinois, Mitch was the Den Leader for his son’s den from Wolf through Arrow of Light, with fourteen boys crossing over. After finding a home with Troop 513 in Arizona, he has been actively engaged as an Assistant Scoutmaster as well as with the virtual Eagle Boards of Review. Additionally, he completed his Wood Badge this year.
