Welcome Laura Hinson!

Laura Hinson is a long time Scouter and has volunteered to become our Activities and Service Chair.

Laura has been involved with Scouting since 2009 with Pack 98. Beginning her Scouting experience as a Tiger Den Leader and then progressing through all levels of Cub Scout leaders including committee member then membership chair. 

As her son progressed, Laura also continued her leadership with Troop 921 as membership chair/parent coordinator.  Laura co-founded Troop 21 and continues as the committee chair.  While serving as a Cub and Troop leader, Laura also became part of the district committee.  She was Activities and Services Chair through 2017. 

Laura took a 2-year break during which time she continued training and attended Wood Badge.  As part of her Wood Badge, she has returned this year to the Activities and Services position.  She has earned the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver and the Meritorious Star awards.
